“Invoking the River” comes to Raleigh, North Carolina after sold out performances in San Francisco, San Jose and 3-City Tour in India. The remarkable performance is conceived of and choreographed by Charlotte Moraga with an original score composed and performed live on piano by Utsav Lal with Sudhakar Vaidyanathan on tabla. Featuring the dancers of Chitresh Das Dance Srija Bhattacharya, Vanita Mundhra, Shruti Pai, Mayuka Sarukkai, Kritika Sharma, with multimedia and poetry by award winning filmmaker and artist Alka Raghuram.
